Information we process
We store account identifiers, workspace membership, uploaded files, verification jobs, support messages, payment references, and credit records to provide the service. Payment card details are handled by the selected payment gateway.
Verification provider
When you start a list, email addresses are sent to the configured verification service for verification. Original non-email columns remain in our storage. The provider processes information under its own service arrangements; this is not a promise that uploaded data never leaves our systems.
Thirty-day list retention
Uploaded list content and its generated reports are intended to be deleted 30 days after upload. The workspace shows the expiry date and provides Delete stored files for immediate removal when processing is stopped or complete. Provider-side retention is separate. Continuous automatic enforcement requires the production scheduler; this private review has manual processing cycles, so use Delete stored files if you need immediate removal.
