Refreshlist.net is operated by Zacro Infotech Private Limited. This review deployment uses ChatGPT sign-in to identify your account.
Information we process
We store account identifiers, workspace membership, uploaded files, verification jobs, support messages, payment references, and credit records to provide the service. Payment card details are handled by the selected payment gateway.
Verification provider
When you start a list, email addresses are sent to the configured verification service for verification. Original non-email columns remain in our storage. The provider processes information under its own service arrangements; this is not a promise that uploaded data never leaves our systems.
Thirty-day list retention
Uploaded list content and its generated reports are intended to be deleted 30 days after upload. The workspace shows the expiry date and provides Delete stored files for immediate removal when processing is stopped or complete. Provider-side retention is separate. Continuous automatic enforcement requires the production scheduler; this private review has manual processing cycles, so use Delete stored files if you need immediate removal.
Google Sheets™ integration
When a user uses the Refresh List Google Sheets™ add-on, Refresh List processes only the email addresses and selected range submitted by the user. The add-on may create a separate results sheet containing verification results. The original spreadsheet is not overwritten. The add-on does not access unrelated spreadsheets, Drive files, images, or personal content. Refresh List does not generate, upload, analyze, store, or distribute images and does not use Google APIs for AI-generated content, facial recognition, image generation, or AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). The add-on uses Google Sheets™ APIs only for the user-selected spreadsheet workflow. Google Sheets™ is a trademark of Google LLC.
