# Terms of service

## Service and operator

Zacro Infotech Private Limited operates Refreshlist.net, an independent email verification service. These terms apply to the public website and customer workspace.

## Your responsibilities

Only upload data you are authorized to process. Protect your account and API keys. Do not use the service for harassment, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, or attempts to disrupt infrastructure.

## Verification results

Results represent the provider response at the time of checking. They do not guarantee future delivery, inbox placement, consent to contact an address, or campaign performance. Unknown results remain inconclusive.

## Credits and free checks

Published USD packages are one-time credit purchases, not subscriptions. Paid credits do not expire. Starting verification reserves checks for eligible unique addresses; completed valid, invalid and unknown results each use one check. Unprocessed reservations are returned during reconciliation; duplicate and skipped rows are not charged. Each customer receives a one-time allowance of 100 free checks in their original workspace. Existing trial usage counts toward this total. Free checks have no cash value and do not renew when you switch workspaces. A free sample of a larger list is a separate run, not verification of the whole list. Public prices do not advertise discount codes. Customers with a valid privately distributed promotion code may apply it at checkout, subject to its conditions; previously agreed order prices remain valid.

## Availability

Processing depends on provider availability, account funding, mail-server responses, and background processing configuration. Package size does not remove per-file upload limits.

## Google Sheets™ add-on

Refresh List for Google Sheets™ is available in the Google Workspace Marketplace. It lets users verify selected email ranges and review results in a separate sheet. Users are responsible for selecting lawful data and obtaining all required permissions before submitting email addresses for verification. The planned add-on will create a separate results sheet by default and does not intentionally overwrite the original email list. Google Sheets™ is a trademark of Google LLC.

## Access and support

Available integrations and payment methods are shown in the application. Google Workspace Marketplace publication is subject to Google approval and is separate from website sign-in.
