# Large Email List Processing: Preserve Every CRM Row

Upload one UTF-8 CSV or TXT file, review one assessment and approve one verification run. Download one combined full report with original columns and row order preserved. Refresh List does not automatically split your upload into separate verification jobs.

## Current limits

50 MB of original UTF-8 input, with no email-row cap. Format boundaries: 201 columns and one million characters per row. For files outside these limits, contact support; the original file is never modified.

## Preserve context

Keep your CRM ID, owner, source and consent fields. Duplicates and malformed rows stay visible in the full report but are not billed for verification. Suppressions are excluded from the eligible set. Filtered verified-only downloads exclude duplicate and suppressed rows.

## Honest progress

Transfer progress is measured from bytes sent. RefreshScan assessment is separate from mailbox verification. No credits are reserved until approval. A canceled run returns unprocessed reserved credits after provider reconciliation.

## Minimal provider transfer

Only eligible email addresses are submitted to the verification provider; extra CRM columns stay in protected list storage and rejoin the result in the combined export.
