# See the report
before you send.

A fictional CSV cleaning report that shows how source rows, verification outcomes, and credit reconciliation can stay in one clear evidence trail.

Illustrative data only · No live addresses checked

Sample file: campaign_contacts.csv · File ID: RL—SAMPLE—042 · Uploaded: 23 Sep 2026 · Completed: 23 Sep 2026 · This report is a design example, not a customer result.

Read it in three passes

First reconcile the row counts. Then inspect the outcome mix. Finally decide what to send, suppress, or review. A clean-looking percentage should never replace the underlying evidence.

## Reconciliation summary

Field | Sample value | Why it is included | Original rows | 5 | Confirms the report covers the uploaded source. |

Unique eligible | 4 | Separates billable candidates from repeated rows. |

Duplicates | 1 | Shown for traceability; no credit charged. |

Skipped | 0 | Rows that did not enter verification. |

Credits consumed | 4 | Matches completed unique checks, including unknown. |

## Result detail

Source row | Email value | Observed signal | Next action | 001 | maya@northstar.example | Valid | Ready for review |

002 | ops@northstar.example | Role address | Review before outreach |

003 | lee@northstar.example | Invalid | Exclude from send |

004 | maya@northstar.example | Duplicate | No credit charged |

005 | team@northstar.example | Unknown | Keep separate and review |

What a good handoff looks like

Keep the original columns, add a stable result field, preserve the source-row number, and export separate views only after the full report reconciles. That makes the cleaned file explainable to the next person who uses it.

## Questions about this sample

Is this a real customer report?+

No. This is a fictional, privacy-safe example designed to show the shape of a reconciled report. It contains no customer addresses or live verification results.

What should a production report include?+

Keep the original file name, stable file ID, upload and completion timestamps, source-row count, unique eligible count, duplicate and skipped counts, result categories, and credit reconciliation.

Are duplicate rows charged?+

No. Duplicate and skipped rows are shown for transparency but are not charged. Completed unique checks, including unknown outcomes, use credits according to the selected plan.

Does a valid result guarantee inbox placement?+

No. A verification result is evidence from the assessment window. It does not guarantee delivery, engagement, or inbox placement.
