Install The Add-On

Install Refresh List for Google Sheets™ from the Google Workspace Marketplace after approval.

Open Your Spreadsheet

Open a Google Sheet™ containing an email column with a header row.

Select Your Email Range

Select the email column, including its header, then open Extensions → Refresh List → Open Tools.

Connect Your Refresh List Account

Connect securely using Refresh List. You never enter your Refresh List password inside the add-on.

Inspect The Selection

Refresh List checks the selected range, identifies empty or duplicate entries, and prepares the verification job.

Start Verification

Choose available trial checks or paid credits and start verification.

Monitor Progress

The add-on displays progress and can resume an active job if the sidebar is closed or the spreadsheet is reopened.

Import The Results

When verification is complete, Refresh List creates a separate “Refresh List Results” sheet. The original email column remains unchanged.

Export or open your email list in Google Sheets™.
Keep one email address per row.
Add a clear header such as Email.
Remove obvious formatting errors where possible.
Select the email column and open Refresh List.
Inspect the selected range before starting.
Choose trial or paid credits.
Monitor the verification status.
Review the separate results sheet.
Use the appropriate verified, invalid, or unknown segment for your campaign.
Review risky or unknown results before sending.
Keep the original sheet unchanged as your source record.

Refresh List processes only the email range selected by you. The add-on does not read unrelated spreadsheets, Drive files, images, or personal content.

Refresh List does not generate, upload, analyze, store, or distribute images. It does not use Google APIs for AI-generated content, facial recognition, image generation, or AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII).
