Workspace processing
Signed-in verification jobs depend on the configured verification provider and available processing capacity. Job status, credits, and results are reconciled in the workspace.
Payments and credits
Checkout is handled by the configured payment gateway. Refresh List does not store full card details. Credit balances and payment events are recorded for reconciliation.
Support
Customers can contact the support team from the public contact form or workspace support controls. Never send passwords, API keys, or a complete email list in a support request.
